The soft heat treatment influence on magnetoimpedance properties of amorphous soft magnetic Co_(66)Fe_4Nb_(2.5)Si_(12.5)B_(15) wires has been researched. It is shown that changes of magnetoimpedance properties allow detecting the structural relaxation processes in the amorphous magnetic soft alloys.
