Unusual Presentations of Central Nervous System Non-Hodgkin and Hodgkin Lymphoma: A Clinicopathologic Review of Four Tumours

Primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphomas are most commonly diffuse large B cell lymphomas (DLBCLs) which present as cerebral hemispheric masses in the elderly or immunocompromised. We describe 4 unusual presentations of CNS lymphoma out of 11 CNS lymphomas diagnosed at our institution in a 15 month period. Case 4, to our best knowledge represents the second reported case of an in-tradural primary extranodal Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) involving the spinal canal, and the first reported case of this entity in the lumbosacral region.
