摘要

Shenzhen Metro line No.5, 40.001 kilometer, is the longest metro line of Shenzhen in one-time investment, with the short construction period, heavy task, complex geological conditions and great technical difficulties. According to the characteristics of the project, Shenzhen government broke the traditional mindset to use the BT construction model through 'Investment and Financing-Build Delivery with Design and Construction-Return' creatively, and built the structure of project management matching the mode. In the construction process of the metro line No.5, design management, security and quality control, schedule control, investment control, repurchased management under the BT mode was met the positive aspects of exploration and innovation. Although a bit of shortage need improve and adjust, the practice during the two years indicated that the BT mode relaxed the finance pressure of local government, reduced the quantity of coordinate of function department of government, promoted the management capacity of government, achieved the integration of design and construction, and was propitious to condense construction period, ensure the safety and quality of project and investment control. The construction practice of the BT project of Shenzhen Metro line No.5 can be used as reference for the generalization of BT mode.
