摘要

1. The Sel exION ion mobil ity device was interfaced directly to the front of a QTRAP 5500 mass spectrometer, and was optimized for the detection of the drugs of abuse by optimi zing the Compensation Voltage (CoV) for each anal yte. 2. The use of the LDTD Source enabl ed a high throughput capacity for the screening of a panel of drugs of abuse in biological matrix, with sample-to-sample analysis time of ~10 seconds. 3. The combi nati on of Sel exION with high-sel ectivity MRM transitions allows intereference-free analysis of morphine and hydromorphone 4. Selectivity is lost when the Sel exION is removed.
