Given is a condition when solutions of a first approximation system with small time-discreteness in feedbacks, measurements and filters have exponential rate of descending to zero. It is used in order that the Lyapunov-Poincare-kind theorem and the linear system tools may be implied for stabilizing non-linear differential systems with small time-discreteness in feedbacks, measurements and filters.
