摘要

Researchers have not studied e-market distrust as much as trust. This study examines whether perceived distrust play an important role in the e-market context. The market accessibility of e-markets is also studied from aspect that it may be the reason causing distrust. Empirical findings in the USA indicated that perceived distrust has negative relationship with the participation in e-markets and supplier integration. In addition, market accessibility is found to be a major factor driving perceived distrust in the e-market context.
