Ion mobility data in metabolite identification: a Mass-MetaSite approach

摘要

MassmetaSite effienctly process IMS data from a Synapt_Ge-Si instrument. The data, once input into WebMetabase can be use for structure elucidation and in the comparison with previous experiments of the same compound, showing cleaner high energy trace spectra. The information can be used in other Webmetabase functionalities like the Soft Spot generation and the metabolic pathway analysis
