摘要

Lysophospholipids and Lyso-Platelet Activating Factor are associated with PLA, and are essential mediators of membrane properties, and platelet aggregation and inflammation respectively. Decreasing levels of sphingolipids could be associated with inflammation processes mediated by TNF-α, a stimulator of PLA_2 activity→ Disequilibrium in PLA_2, recognized as mediator of key events in ARDS and possible therapeutic target.
