E-commerce brings great innovations in our daily life. The demands of high efficient and intelligent transaction online are increasing. The technology of invented negotiation based on E-commerce networks obtains recognition day by day. We select Agent from the system according to the special desire in different tasks and put forward a strategy on solving negotiable confliction by discussion on the relationship of Agent in DAI system. We put the theory of Vague set into analyzing the selection, rejection and matching of the Agent in the system, and at last we advance a simple model on the virtual negotiation system.
