摘要

For the need of lean production, a data fusion method with two auto-id technologies(RED & Barcode)is put forward. RED(radio frequency identification)can conveniently read the remote and multi-aim information synchronously and dynamically. Two-dimension barcode with low cost can rapidly find omitted information. By utilizing dynamic process optimization techniques and the method of assembly-process control with manual intervention, the two auto-id technologies can complement each other effectively, via the exchange and communication of the data from RED and PDF417. With the support of real-time data collection method and real-time assembly process control techniques, a data collection system of dynamic information is constructed by installing RED units at the assembly stations of staple parts and two-dimension barcode ones at other assembly stations. The data collection system can greatly improve the accuracy and timeliness of data collection.
