Design Project Management Method Based on FMD Theory

摘要

The FMD theory is the core content of functional quantization. Using the mode of functional quantification, it can achieve functional equilibrium matching. The FMD method which adopts the quantitative model has positive effect in promoting the design of scientific development. According to FMD method, this paper puts forward the functional quantization of design project management method based on function of quantitative and the functional combination method based on functional equilibrium. These proposed method have the methodological guidance to solute the problems of design innovation and scientific design in the modern design project management. At the same time, the article puts forward that take reasonable and effective functional matching design method in design project management, namely FMD method. It has the positive practical significance to improve the effectiveness of the design stage.
