RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HAIRINESS AND TWISTING PRINCIPLES OF SOLOSPUN AND RING SPUN YARNS

摘要

In this paper, the twisting principles of Solospun and ring spun are compared and analyzed. A geometrical model is used to analyze the structure of Solospun yarns so as to give the reason why Solospun yarns have less hairiness than that of ring spun yarns. At last, a series of tests prove the conclusion.
