A Novel Spray Freeze-Dried DNA-loaded Cationic Liposome Particle Formulation

摘要

This study investigates the effectiveness of a novel DNAloaded cationic liposome formulation stabilized by sugars and sugar alcohols and spray freeze-dried to form particles (diameter ～40μm). The particles were delivered in vitro using a needle-free powder injection device and the transfection efficiency was measured by flow cytometry.
