Research on target cost control model based on production management planning in iron and steel enterprise

摘要

According to market requirement and price fluctuation, the product cost control is studied combing with production management planning, target cost presetting model and production capacity conversion model are presented on the background of high speed wire rod plant in some iron and steel enterprise. Multi-objective optimization model which implements target cost control is established based on the above models. Through model transformation, production management planning where cost is considered can be obtained by using the linear programming algorithm. The model has potential to practical production applications.
