摘要

The preliminary theories correlative with the trade and environment and typical theories are the ones comparative advantages and the ones of different resources. Generally it is considered that the defect of the theories is the mere coverage of static benefits, instead of considering dynamic benefits. However taking narrow sense of economic benefits into account, while neglecting broad sense of social benefits, especially the biological ones is another defect. That is because it seems that the export of resource-intersize products has led to the increase of turnover, but substantially it not only results in the loss of domestic potential sources, but also leads to the destroy of domestic biological environment. Generally speaking, as long as the environmental damages are not taken into account of operating costs, the non-optimization of resource assignments will exist. In an open economy, it indicates that the trade model maybe is also non-optimized.
