Using super-conducting linear collider, high-energy particles in the TeV-region can be generated. For the detection of these particles, one fiber-optic concept includes fluorescent polymer optical fibers. The blue light, generated by scintillating plates, will be collected by these fibers and simultaneously wavelength-shifted. The total system, including also the optical receiver, will be introduced and discussed.
