摘要

The vibration generated by hydro-turbine generator when operating will affect the efficiency and safety of generator sets to different extent, so monitoring the vibration of generator sets is an important means to guarantee the safety of power equipment and to promote efficiency. The vibration condition monitor introduced monitors the data of throw、 vibration and pressure pulsation etc, multiangularly evaluates the stability, and analyzes fault potentials and defect of generator sets, and provides good stability parameter basis for condition- based maintenance and offers reliable information to the operation dispatch, so can avoid eyeless shut-down test and repair. This paper provides the detailed design of the monitor.
