By choosing sodium metaphosphate, COULTER disperser, polyethylene glycol and tannic acid as alumina dispersers, COULTER MULTISIZER II is used to make test and analysis. According to their dispersion effect and the chemical property of alumina and aluminum hydroxide, a kind of disperser suitable for the particle size determination on alumina and aluminum hydroxide has been selected.
