Professor Stanislaw W. Mrozowski ― Pioneer of Carbon Physics

摘要

Professor Stanistaw W. Mrozowski was not only the great spectroscopist but also a pioneer of Carbon Physics. He begun systematic research in this field about 1950 in USA. Mainly thanks to his efforts carbon biennale conference, American Carbon Association and "Carbon" journal were established. His investigations in carbon physics encouraged many physicists and chemists to the exploration of this field.
