摘要

We prepared amphiphilic block copolymer nanospheres composed of methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MePEG) and poly(D,L-lactide) (PDLLA) containing 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) as anticancer drug. The copolymer micelles were prepared by dialysis against water. We could obtain drug loading efficiency of 33.8% when the feed weight ratio of 5-FU to copolymer was 0.2:0.8.
