For more than 15 years, calcium phosphate ceramics like hydroxyapatite (HA) are clinically used with success [1-2]. We developed a new manufacturing method to produce reproducible, homogeneous fully controlled and interconnected macroporous architecture [3-4]. Based on this concept, reproducible mono-dispersed porous structure can be produced. The mechanical behavior of the product is determined versus the influence of two major variables of the manufacturing process: The diameter of interconnection between macropores, and the diameter of macropores.
