The development of electronic resources at tsinghua university library: A Case Study

摘要

With the deveopment of the Internet, more and more indexes, abstracts as well as journals have been published electronically. This paper discusses how the electronic resources at the Tsinghua University Library are constructed in relation to its objectives, acquisition principles, subscription methods, services mode, major electronic databases and their usage, as well as the marketing, training and services provision. Based on this case study, some strategies for developing electronic resources will be offered.
