摘要

In the biological research field, especially for the living cell biological experiments, not only high temporal resolution is necessary, but also high spacial resolution is basic requirement. The paper reports an effective method for solving the contradiction between spacial and temporal resolutions in a CCD image. The binning technique of PI CCD(MicroMax-5MHz-782Y) can be used to microscopic image of living cell for increasing the temporal resolution in order to observe the real-time movement of LDL(Low Density Lipoprotein) receptor clearly, but the image quality after binning is unsatisfied, because its spacial resolution will be obviously decreased. For the SPT(Single Particle Tracking)experiment, especial recovery of spacial resolution is then necessary. Based on the intensity distribution of individual light spot, we have recovered the spacial resolution of microscopic CCD image after binning, both on temporal and spacial resolutions were satisfactory for the SPT experiments.
