Clinical randomized controlled trials of azithromycin injection in the treatment of bacterial infection

Objective To evaluae the efficacy and safety of azithromycin injection compared with erythromycin in the treatment of acute bacterial infections. Methods A total of 102 patients were enrolled i nthis study. 61 cases treated with erythromycin. 41 cases of other tissue infections were treated with azithromycin. Drugs were administered intravenousely once day (for azithromycin) or twice a day (for erythormycin) for 5-7 days, at a daily dose of 0.5g of azithromycin or 1.0g of erythromycin.
