R D Catalysts for Integrated Resid Upgrading Process

Nowadays, the circumstance surrounding Japanese refining companies has been changing rapidly. The pressure of deregulation and globalization tend to enhance competitions among them to survive in East Asia. In this situation, we have to save more marketing cost and minimize refining costs through R&D of refining technologies. On the other way, demands for environmental protection has been also becoming very severe such as decreases of sulfur or aroma in product oils as well as decreases of CO_2 emission.
