The necessity to settle the wastes (incl.solid polymers) disposal problems has been more and more urgent in the last couple of years.The ways how to re-utilize wastes is often limited by the fact that the recycled materials' strength parameters are worse than those of the original ones, this being the reason for their not utilizing for the elements with higher strength demand. That'swhy we concentrated on these wastes' utilizing for the noise and vibrations damping materials. Firstly, these were rubber materials with a high degree of (airborne) transmission loss as well as with a low sound emitting ability; further, also the fibrousmaterials' recyclates with a high degree of acoustic absorption coefficient were involved [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].Simultaneously we dealt with the problem of how to treat non-metal wracked motorcars' or railway wagons' wastes4irst, as a rubber systems' ingredient, and second, as a component for multi-cavity tunable Helmholtz resonators' separating elements.
