The development of e-commerce has changed people’s way of shopping. While more and more people choose to shop on e-commerce platform, how to improve the competitiveness of commodities by using the comments and scores of commodities has become a very important issue. In this paper, based on the scores and comments provided by the customers of baby pacifiers sold in Amazon market from April 2003 to August 2015, the LDA theme model is used to mine the comment information, and the final score of product satisfaction is obtained by combining the two dimensions of product satisfaction and comment credibility through principal component analysis. Then, the influencing factors that can best reflect the attitude of consumers are analyzed with the method of grey correlation analysis, which can help e-commerce businesses to establish a new evaluation model of product satisfaction and quickly extract important information that can help improve product sales.
