Six sigma real-time decision making management system for integrating production, design and development, marketing and finance management in Taiwan

21 century is in the eras, which are global competition, knowledge-based economy and e. com. Internal resource's integration and reengineering of business that are insufficient to meet rapidly changed environment. According to enterprise SWOT analysis results: often lose and miss world-wide business whereby the cost and benefit, effectiveness, and accuracy for products, service quality, new products design and development could not response quickly on design & develop, internal audit & external control, and offer satisfied products & service, marketing strategy and financial management immediately. How to promote four forces (R&D, creativity, execution, competition) of scientific technology industry to break through operation bottleneck, quick response customer's requirements and establish "e{sup}(6σ) real-time decision making management system for integrating production, design and development, marketing and finance management" are top urgent issues. This study focused on standardizing, processing, introducing ARIS methodology and six sigma quality management system for: (1) PFSS -production's five phases (Define/ Measure/ Analyze/ Improve/ Control); (2) DFSS-design and development's five phases (Define/ Measure/ Analyze/ Design/ Verify); (3) MFSS-marketing's five phases (Define/ Measure/ Analyze/ Improve/ Verify) (4) FFSS-finance's five phases (Define/ Measure/ Analyze/ Judge/ Improve) and balance scorecard's four phases (Finance/ Customer/ Internal process/ Learning and growth) in management and operation system of industries which were established in Taiwan. Finally, created real-time decision making management system e{sup}(6σ)-PFSS+DFSS+MFSS+FFSS--DRW2 for BPM and BPR was an important contribution of this study.
