摘要

This article describes structure of the existing system for automatically maintaining metal level in mold, which it is possible to analyze liquid metal level in order to identify the causes of stable fluctuations. A description of mathematical model of the system is given. It is allowed detecting unwanted fluctuations in liquid metal level in mold according to the developed methodology. A mathematical model of the regulator for suppressing fluctuations in liquid metal level in the mold of the continuous casting machine has been created.
