摘要

This article takes 400KW scraper conveyor as the research object. First, introduces the drive system of the scraper conveyor. The permanent magnet synchronous motor has better energy saving effect and simpler control system than the traditional motor. Designing the permanent magnet motor and use RMxprt and Maxwell to simulate the three-dimensional model of the motor. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to accurately calculate the motor loss value driven by variable frequency power supply. Establish a mathematical model of magnetic flux and electromagnetic torque. And based on the finite element analysis method, the three-dimensional model of the inverter integrated machine is established to verify the rationality of the design of the inverter integrated machine.
