Analysis of price-response costs was carried out for the industrial and commercial load that can reducible, transferable, and translational. With the goal of minimum load response price cost, the optimal load for each time period is obtained, and the price response function for each type of load under a given real-time price is combined with the optimal load value of the real-time price. Using three different types of typical industrial and commercial loads as an example, the actual response characteristics of each type of load under the real-time price is obtained by modeling the actual production data, and the basis for subsequent model refinement is established.
