Fractional order filters are the emerging area for design of the filters for producing the best performance in the field of electronic circuits and systems. In this paper, a High-pass fractional order Sallen-Key filter is being studied using two fractional order capacitors FC1 and FC2. Where, the orders of the capacitors $mathrm{FC}_{1}$ and FC2 vary as $0.1leqlphaleq 1.0$ and $0.1leqetaleq 1.0$ respectively. The proposed filter circuit is being implemented in MATLAB/Simulink and their mathematical equations are being obtained in s-domain. Thereafter, the magnitude and phase equations are being derived. Here, both frequency and time domain analysis are being resulted and analysed.
