We describe the results of additive manufacturing pertaining to a multi-function antenna aperture. The antenna consists of customized high dielectric and low loss feedstocks as the enabling technology. The 3D printed prototype shows agreement with simulation while providing excellent performance. State of the art electromagnetic materials for additive manufacturing of antennas is the future of realizing complex antenna designs not realizable by traditional manufacturing methods.
