Manufacturing industry plays an important role in the development of national economy. Every country focuses on the renewal iteration of Numerical control machine. Old ordinary machine tools have long been unable to meet the current needs of manufacturing and production. This paper analyses the characteristics of working and controlling system of the surface grinder, and combining the hardware of PLC, touch screen and frequency converter, tries to reform the machine tool function and improve the and reliability.
