In order to overcome the problems of incomprehensive and objective evaluation of the comprehensive ability of smart city construction under the background of big data, a method of coupling coordination degree model of the comprehensive ability of smart city construction based on entropy method and coupling coordination theory was proposed. This method constructs the coupling coordination degree model of the comprehensive ability of smart city construction from three aspects of smart government, smart transportation and smart education and nine indicators. The results show that this method can effectively evaluate the comprehensive ability of smart city construction, and the results are more comprehensive and objective. The maximum coupling degree is 1.
机译:为了克服大数据背景下智能城市建设综合能力评价不全面、不客观的问题,提出了基于熵方法和耦合协调理论的智能城市建设综合能力耦合协调度模型。该方法从智能政府、智能交通、智能教育三个方面和九个指标构建了智能城市建设综合能力的耦合协调度模型。结果表明,该方法能有效地评价智慧城市建设的综合能力,评价结果更全面、更客观。最大耦合度为1。
