The ejection test bench is a simulated launch test platform for airborne suspension launcher, which is one of the necessary test equipment for the development of airborne suspension launcher. According to the functional requirements of the ejection test-bed, this paper designs a set of data acquisition system based on USB communication and determines the technical scheme of the upper computer software based on LabVIEW to realize the functions of experimental data acquisition, processing, storage and display. The high-speed data transmission scheme of FPGA+USB control chip is determined, and the transmission function of sampling data to PC is completed. By using modular and structured programming method, the firmware program development and FPGA programming of USB controller in data transmission layer are completed. Moreover, the system uses VISA to conFigure device driver for USB device; uses LabVIEW to write upper computer application software and adopts “producer-consumer” model to collect various state parameters of test-bed. It provides reference for operators to judge whether the test is accurate or not, which is of great significance to the development of airborne weapons.
