Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process and Its Application on Some Problems of Dairy Industry in China

The natural and social factors are the main factors that influence the development of dairy industry in China. In order to handle the problem, the main problem is how to quantify those qualitative factors. Thus, the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) has been applied on dairy industry. According to the definition of comparison matrix, a new improved analytic hierarchy process based on accelerating genetic algorithm RAGA-AHP) is presented. The priority weights of hierarchy elements can be determined and the consistency check of comparison matrix can be done by using RAGA-AHP. The results from theoretical and example analyses show that RAGA-AHP is visual, feasible and effective, and the computational precision of RAGA-AHP is higher than that of the analytic hierarchy process based on other method. The important relation of every problems existed in dairy industry in china has been shown. The RAGA-AHP has major theoretic value and wide-ranging application in complex system analysis.
