In Europe, 74% of education providers are confident that their graduates were prepared for work, but only 38% of youth and 35% of employers agreed. Higher education institutions, instead, are in charge also to prepare students to face the today's world of work, which requires flexibility and adaptability, capacity of graduates of being independent in managing and enhancing their skills, to think on their feet", and be able to make decisions and to generate ideas.
