摘要

This paper proposes a randomized firing pulse generation using Spartan 3 Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) for buck converter. This paper deals with the analysis of conducted EMI as per CISPR 22 Standard. Here the analysis are carried out for two different firing techniques namely PWM & RPWM for different load conditions using Multisim software (National Instruments Simulation) and Simulation results are presented to confirm the comparative approach shows better performance. Based on the simulated results an adaptive firing scheme is realized in FPGA Board Spartan 3 using Xilinx 9.2 simulation tool.
