Overlap-Save Commutators for High-Speed Streaming Data Filtering

摘要

Overlap-save and overlap-add methods enable efficient implementation of FIR filters. In this paper, a compact method for handling the overlap and shuffle of samples for real-time processing using pipelined FFT architectures is presented. It is suitable for cases when the sample rate is equal to or higher than the clock frequency.
