LEGAL ISSUES IMPACTING MID-AMERICA

This panel will review permitting, compliance and programmatic issues that can limit or encourage the development and implementation of clean, innovative and energy efficient technologies and projects, examine significant issues raised by EPA's latest guidance on vapor intrusion and the differing approaches taken by Midwestern states to implementing vapor intrusion programs, and highlight new issues arising in contaminated property, RCRA corrective action and groundwater remediation litigation in the Midwest.
