摘要

According to large delay, time-varying,nonlinear characteristics that possessed by the temperature control process for heat treatment furnace,fuzzy algorithm is applied to the heat treatment in this paper. Two-way data communication between the computer and the thermostat is achieved through RS485 bus,while achieving the real-time temperature data acquisition,optimal control for heat treatment furnace is achieved through the fuzzy algorithm,in line with the temperature requirements of the work piece under heat treatment.
机译:针对热处理炉温度控制过程具有的大时滞,时变,非线性的特点,将模糊算法应用于热处理。通过RS485总线实现计算机与温控器之间的双向数据通讯,同时实现温度数据的实时采集,通过模糊算法实现对热处理炉的最佳控制,以适应工件的温度要求在热处理下。
