This paper starting from the characteristics and definition of Vocational school-based curriculum development, analyze the characteristics of students in vocational schools, try to find how to schoolbased curriculum development to vocational students. Hope higher vocational education school-based curriculum development consider personnel training as the starting point and destination. Not only promoting development of overall students, but also to meet the requirements of the development of student's personality, individualized, focusing on the needs of the future development to propose an effective design of school-based curriculum
