Use of the Task-based Teaching Method in English Teaching of Elementary School

The Task-based Teaching Method focuses on the task and requires learners to accomplish the task designed by the teacher in class by means of experience, participation, practice, cooperation and communicatin.In English teaching of elementary school, the teacher concentrates on designing and conducting tasks in terms of students' psychological and cognitive characteristics.The teacher promotes English learning of students and achieves primary English teaching aims by implementing pre-task, while-task and post-task.
