APPLYING THE HEURISTIC STEP METHOD IN THE INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Sustaining the innovative production within a company implies sustaining the growth of its creative activities. This article presents some aspects connected to the application of an intuitive and logical method for technical creation - the method of heuristic approach - to the conception of new products. Working methods are proposed for the steps to be followed and suggestions are made for establishing the individual basis of creative approach.
