Study on Enterprise Logistics System Optimization Path Selection Based on Human Resources Management

摘要

Enterprise logistics system is a new impetus to corporate profits. The combination and application of human resource management and optimization of enterprise logistics systems plays a positive role of business development. This article introduces human resource management principles to guide system optimization based on the understanding of the logistics system optimization features, dynamics, principle and the understanding of organizational design and human effects of human resource management theory. Fundamentally, the paper explains two major driving forces, which are the overall organization optimization and human resource allocation for the efficient operation for the system. In addition, the paper illustrates the determination of the path selection of business system optimization, marketing system optimization, human performance optimization and technical support optimization.
