摘要

The high and new tech-enterprise belongs to the knowledge-intensive enterprise. The personnel recruitment in high and new tech-enterprise as the entrance of its human resources management system is more important than that of other enterprises, and its risk is also stronger. This article analyzes presentation forms and the causes of personnel recruitment risks and proposes the prevention and control strategies of the recruitment risk in high and new tech-enterprise.
