Along with the deepening of integration and globalization of the economic, the environment enterprises are facing becomes complex increasingly. Business risk is also showing a trend of diversification. In particular, many companies due to excessive debt, blind diversification, ignore the importance of cash flow and disordered distribution of income; lead to financial risk has increased drastically. Listed company as a typical representative of quality of economic resources, excellent operating performance is the capital market to maintain a solid foundation for longterm viability, also improve the competitiveness of the national key. This article in and forms the reason analysis to Chinese listed companies financial risk present situation in the foundation, proposed that to be listed companies raise early warning, control and prevention of financial risk measures, for listed companies healthy and sustainable development to provide useful lessons and help.
