摘要

At present, there has been a substantial flow of personnel executives, the issue of personnel executives flow has been one of the most important issues of modern enterprise management. This paper attempts to build a theoretical model of social capital with personnel executives' occupational mobility, then explore and analyze the relationship between this two. The results indicate that social capital has significant effects on personnel executives' occupational mobility. Among the five factors of social capital, trust and identity have no influence on the flow of personnel executives' flow; while social interaction, shared vision and common language have relatively significant effects on the flow of technical talent.
