Research on the Improved Balanced Scorecard Applied in Real Estate Enterprise Performance Management

As one of the most widely used enterprise performance management models, the balanced scorecard plays a vital role in the field of real estate enterprise performance management, but it is undeniable that there are still drawbacks existing in its practical application. In this paper, according to the problems of the dimension insufficiency caused by the traditional four-dimensional balanced scorecard and the evaluation confusion caused by massive indexes, putting forward the methods of applying multi-dimensional balanced scorecard and simplifying the final evaluation by using the principal component analysis, so as to offering proposals to make the dimensional balanced scorecard method more systematically and accurately.
